New York Jan 2009 - SquashPics

CUBS SPEAKS WITH...

Dan Bogosh, who designed the stunning poster for the Richmond PSA event that is on at the moment.

How long did it take?
Took forever, about 25 minutes!

Really, I did an original with low res photographs and probably took less than a week to just get the idea in a form to see how it would look.

That process is not as exact as the finish. It's a very loose display of the images. That was last summer when we started to work on the project.

Then I spent all of January making ads for the event, designing the program, updating the website and finishing the poster. That was the exact work of replacing the low res photos with high res photos. January was a very busy month.

I couldn't tell you exactly how long. If I were to guess, beginning to end I could probably do it in a week or two at the most. A lot of work was in going through a file a mile long of Patricia Lyons squash photos.
