TID [Talent Identification Programme] :
WHAT IS IT???

TID for AISA is a model used for students and children who want to get involved with squash training.

Sportspin Event And Athlete Management and AISA (Azlan Iskandar Squash Academy) just recently has a TID (talent identification) in collaboration with ISN (Institute Sukan Negara) in Kelantan.

The TID was held on the 21st of February 2013 at Kompleks Sekolah-Sekolah Kelantan, Kota Bahru, Kelantan.

TID for AISA is a model used for students and children who want to get involved with squash training. Several tests are done to ensure that the students have decent fitness levels and also have good eye and hand coordination.

  Vertical & Lateral jump (explosive)
  sit up and push up (strength)
  sit and reach (flexibility)
  Agility test (ghosting)
  shuttle run (endurance)

After the TID, AISA will then separate the physically gifted students and coordinated students. From there, AISA will work on training programs in collaboration with ISN on how to improve their abilities. Once that has been done the students will then start enrolling with AISA to get squash lessons and to start AISA’s direction on a grassroots squash movement.

There were a total of 80 students. The students come from various ages and will also want separate goals in their admission into AISA. We will then cater to their requirements with timings and schedules for these students.
