Finals Day in Cardiff

 Today
was the final day of the tournament, which started with Boys Under
19 semis finals, then it was on to the finals.
In the boys under 13, number two seed Alex Pendelton was controlling
all of his match against Russell Clark with some very good shots,
while in the Under 13 girls Emily Jones won her match in straight
games to give Wales another title.
In the Under 15 boys, I was controlling all the match, I didn't give
Douglas Remsel the chance to play, in the girls final Emily Whitlock
won in straight games.
In the Under 17 boys Charles Sharpes was dominant with some very
good shots while Robert Downer made lots of mistakes. In the
Under
17 girls Lucy Townley won in straight games, but the first was a
tough game.
The Under 19 girls final was a straightforward game for Natalie
Pritchard, she was always in control and played many good shots.
The Under 19 boys was a very good match, they both were tired
because they both had tough matches in the morning but Hywell
Robinson got
tired first and that gave the chance for Lyall Patterson to win the match
Anyway it was a very good tournament, good organisation and nice
clubs ...
