Central Newcastle enjoyed a tough tie, Brighton eventually
winning 3-2.
In
the Final, Newcastle Church High tried to take the Girls

have held it for the past 3 years. Millfield was not in any
mood to surrender their title, dominating the tie winning
5-0 and taking the trophy for the 4th year running.
The Boys semi finals saw Ecclesbourne face Wycliffe.
Ecclesbourne gave their all but was unable to progress,
Wycliffe taking this tie 5-0 and booking their place in the

moved into the final without dropping a game, every string
winning 3-0.

with the tie at 2-2, it was down to the 2nd strings to
battle it out for the victory. Ben Rodgers of Exeter beating
Sam Yallop of Ecclesbourne 3-1 in a tense last match.
The Boys Final was a re run of last years, Wycliffe once
again trying to take the title away from Millfield and back
to Gloucestershire. Unfortunately for Wycliffe, Millfield
was on top form and again took every string 3-0, apart from
the number ones - James Snell of Millfield and Kamran Khan
of Wycliffe, who played a great game, Khan eventually taking
the game 3-2 after 46 minutes.
Millfield continue to dominate this event, with both Boys
