started in Alexandria, and Ramy Ashour again made the final,
this time winning it as James Willstrop retired during the
final.

2010 It all
started in 2010, when the first El Gouna International was held,
with qualifying and the first round in Alexandria and the second
round onwards at a specially constructed site behind Abu Tig
Marina.
The first Champion was Karim Darwish, with Ramy Ashour
retiring injured during the final.
