WELCOME:
from CINSA
CINSA
is looking forward to hosting the 2015 Maples Senior
Caribbean Squash Championships welcoming the teams to our
beautiful Island.
The Squash community is looking forward to some exciting games
from our talented Caribbean players.
Our very own Cameron Stafford placed second last year in
the Mens Individuals and has been working hard for a good
performance again this year.
Hosting this event would not have been possible without the
financial support of our title sponsor MAPLES, and our
Gold sponsors The Ministry of Sport, the Ministry
of Tourism and the Cayman Islands Olympic Committee
and we thank them along with all our Silver and Bronze
sponsors.
With the green light from the CINSA Board to accept hosting the
event, Chairwoman, and having significant experience in
organizing major events such as the Women World Open along with
Dan Kneipp, I was excited to take on the challenge in organizing
and securing the funding for this event.
I'm pleased to recognize that so many of the top juniors who
played in Junior CASA recently are so competitive, they have
gained positions on the respective senior teams, and this is
testimony to the direction in which the junior development is
going.
I am pleased to announce that WATA has come on as our
hydration sponsor for the event sponsoring all the water and
flavored water for this and the 2016 Junior CASA that Cayman
will be hosting.
This is the step in the right direction in recognizing and
developing regional corporate sponsors to promote the game of
squash.
Special thanks to the South Sound Squash Club and its
organization committee, the venue for championships.
