IMPORTANT INFO: Register: Please register in the Tournament Office in the reception area of the Sports Centre at least 30 mins prior to each match. Plates: Please will be offered to all categories, in the event that not enough players commit we will combine categories to provide games. Social Matches: A Social match system will be offered throughout the week, simply register your name with the tournament desk for the day you wish to play a social match and the tournament desk staff will pair you up with an opponent and a time and court to play. Please note you may be paired up with any player from the tournament, it is not gender or age specific. Social Function: A Social Function will be held upstairs in the Sports Centre from 19.00 on Friday 16 May. ALL masters players and guests are welcomed free of charge, hot food, drinks and music will be playing and we hope most of the players can attend and catch up with old and new friends. Physiotherapy: Free Physiotherapy will be on offer to all players, please book this at the tournament desk. Allam British Open Main Draw Matches: All players will be able to access the Hull Sports Arena to watch the Main Draw matches between Monday – Friday afternoon. There will be a list of names on the door if you arrive to watch between Monday-Wednesday. From Wednesday onwards you will need to show your players pass that you will collect once you register. Please note that this offer is to players only, any family or friends will be able to purchase a ticket on the door if they wish to accompany you.  Transport Shuttle: There will be a limited transport shuttle service between the University Sports Centre and the Hull Sports Arena. Please find the schedule attached, this service is free of charge. Parking: Parking is available at the University, please check with reception once parked to fill out a day pass. Food: Hot food and drinks will be available to buy in the University throughout the week.
