Sat 30th, Day FOUR:
David eases into final, Chinappa comeback stops King

Nicol David continued her serene passage through the matches as she recorded a third straight three-nil win to beat Omneya Abdel Kawy and reach the final, while Joshna Chinappa made it the hard way, coming from two games down to beat Joelle King.

Fri 29th, Day THREE:
King takes top spot as semis are settled

With local heroine Nicol David already safely in the semi-finals, today's matches decided who would join her.

Joshna Chinappa beat Jenny Duncalf in straight games to take second spot in Pool A behind David, and then waited for the result of the second match to see who she would play.

Chinappa's opponent will be Joelle King, who made it two wins out of two as she beat Delia Arnold in straight games to top Pool B.

Omneya Abdel Kawy finishes second and takes on David in the semis, while Duncalf and Arnold get a day off before the contest 5th/6th place on Sunday.

Thu 28th, Day TWO:
David books semi-final place,
King opens up Pool B

On day two local favourite Nicol David made it two wins out of two as she beat Joshna Chinappa in straight games to guarantee herself top spot in Pool A and a place in the semi-finals.

In Pool B Joelle King beat yesterday's winner Omneya Abdel Kawy, also in straight games, to leave Pool B wide open.

In Friday's final round of pool matches the winner of Chinappa and Jenny Dunclaf will take second place in Pool A, while in Pool B a win for King over Delia Arnold will see her top of Pool B with Kawy also progressing, but should Arnold win it will go to countback.

The inaugural SRAM Women’s Squash Invitational is being held at the National Squash Center in Bukit Jalil, with six of the World’s top 20 players invited to participate in this exciting new event organised by SRAM.
