 "The
Tenerife Top Training was opened on Saturday January 10th 2009. The
open day was a sports day with Squash, Tennis, Paddle, Futbol,
Swimming and all the Sports of this new fantastic club of the South
of Tenerife.
"At the same time that it was snowing in many parts of Europe, it was
a lovely sunny day in Tenerife with 24ºc as the T3 was opened in a
party with with many sports activities.
"In Squash, in the morning there was a clinic for all the Tenerife
People, and afterwards a mini tournament with Oriol Salvia (Spanish
number 2), Diego López (Spanish number 5), Jordi Bercedo (Spanish
number 8) and Eduardo Gonzalez (Canary Islands Champion and PSA
member). It was a very fun day and everybody enjoyed playing and
watching Top Squash.
"The T3 will be this year the venue of the Canary Islands Nationals
(28-30 May) and we are sure that in the future will be the venue of
very important national and international squash events.
"The T3 is in Costa Adeje (Tenerife South) near the Caleta de Adeje
Beach and the Costa Adeje Golf Resort. In the Centre are Squash,
Tennis, Paddle Tenis, Futball, Beach Volleyball, two swimming pools,
a very modern gym......etc, and it's maybe in the place with the
best weather in the whole of Europe."
