Maxim Brovkov, the Director of the Tournament and

"The International Tournament to my opinion is a great event
in sport and social life of our city. This event not only
strengthens the squash traditions as a kind of sport, but
also helps to consolidate cultures and traditions of
different countries of the world! We will continue to
develop Squash game in Russia, launch new projects, conduct
interesting tournaments, and bring up new generation of
squash players.
"From September with the help of Sport Committee of St.
Petersburg Government will start a competitive intake to the
free children squash sections. At the beginning of November
2010 will be held an International rating squash tournament
guided by PSA. The most important strategic aim is to win
the right to conduct in Saint Petersburg the team European
Championship (ENCC) in 2012!"
