"I'm
really happy to win my third national school final as I feel
very proud to be part of Millfield school. I want to thank
Jonah and Ian a lot as they were always supporting us. I
would like to thanksthe school and all the teachers there
they were always here to help me and give me extra lessons
because I miss a lot of lessons because of tournaments.
Without Millfield I wouldn't be able to do all these results
that I did, they really understand the sport very well and
they are always happy and keen to give help to any good
sport players. I am really lucky to be in Millfield as I
have the most special person for me who is Jonah and that I
have teachers who understand that I need to go to
tournaments.
I wish that Millfield keep winning it as I will never forget
my days there as they were my best days ever."

Following
on from the success of the National Schools Championships
07/08, the tournament has been expanded to allow every
school that enters a chance to play at the National Squash
Centre.
This season sees the introduction of a new National Schools
Trophy, which will keep those schools that do not progress
to stage 2 of the main competition playing competitive
squash and giving them the chance to contest the National
Schools Trophy Finals at the National Squash Centre.
The format will mirror stage2 of the main competition. Those
who do not progress into the main knockout draw will go into
the Trophy knockout draw. This will then play out until the
semi finals, all semi finalists will then be invited to the
National Squash Centre for the chance to contest the final.
The National Schools Trophy draw will be made at the end of
Stage 1. |
