HK claim Seven Golds ...
Doubles:
Congratulations to the Hong Kong doubles teams who won all
the gold and silver medals in the HKG 2009 EAG. In the final
of the women's doubles, Rebecca Chiu/ Joey Chan beat Annie
Au/ Elise Ng 2-0, while Dick Lau/ Roger Ngan beat Anson
Kwong/ Wong Wai-hang 2-1 in the men's doubles and Annie &
Leo Au beat Rebecca Chiu/ Roger Ngan 2-0 in the mixed
doubles.
We were very honoured to have Mr. John CC Chan, Member of
the 5th EAG Planning Committee, Mr. Mui, Chairman of HK
Squash and Mr. Tong, Vice-chairman of HK Squash to
presenting the medals to our athletes.
Hong Kong Squash thanks all the team members (Manager: KK
Chan, Head Coach: Tony Choi, Coaches: Dick Leung & Faheem
Khan, Men's Team: Dick Lau Siu-wai, Max Lee Ho-yin, Leo Au

HK Double Double ...
Team Event:
Congratulations to Hong Kong men's and women's team won the
gold medals of the team events in the HKG 2009 EAG. The HK
men's team including Dick Lau Siu-wai, Max Lee Ho-yin, Leo
Au Chun-ming and Anson Kwong Yu-shun defeated Japan team 2-0
while the HK women's team including Annie Au Wing-chi,
Rebecca Chiu Wing-yin, Joey Chan Ho-ling and Christina Mak
Pui-hin also beat Japan team 2-0 in the final. We were very
honoured to have Dr. York Chow, GBS, JP, Secretary for Food
& Health to presenting the medals to our ahtletes. Keep
going Hong Kong Team, we fully support you. The Doubles
Events will be started tomorrow at the Aberdeen Squash
Centre.
Singles:
Congratulations to Rebecca Chiu Wing-yin and
Dick Lau Siu-wai who took the gold medal of the singles
event in the HKG 2009 EAG.
In the women's fnal,
Rebecca Chiu defeated Annie Au 3-1 while Dick Lau beat Max
Lee 3-1 in the men's final.
In the men's team event,
HKG dismissed Macau 2-0 to reach the semi-final.
We
were very honoured to have Mr. Donald Tsang, Chief Executive
of HKSAR to presenting the medals to our ahtletes.
