All-Egyptian final in Islamabad
The final of the CAS International will be contested by the
event's top two seeds - both of them Egyptian.

Top seed Omar Abdel Meguid
dropped the first game - and almost dropped the second too - before
recovering to beat compatriot Karim Ali Fathi while Mohamed
Abouelghar ended home interest with a four game win over Nasir
Iqbal.

Top seeds through in Islamabad
The semi-finals of the CAS International will be contested by the
event's top four seeds - three of them Egyptian and one from hosts
Pakistan.

03-Oct, Round One:
Egyptians advance in Islamabad
The quarter-finals of the CAS International in Islamabad will be
contested by four Egyptians and four home players.
The top three seeds - all Egyptians - of Omar Abdel Meguid,
Mohamed Abouelghar and Karim Ali Fathi all won their
opening matches in straight games and are joined in the quarters by
seventh seed Shehab Essam, who got past Kiwi Lance Beddoes in
five games. He faces Abouelghar in an all-Egyptian quarter-final.
Pakistan's fourth seed Nasir Iqbal meets wildcard compatrion
Israr Ahmed in the last eight while qualifier Farhan Mehboob
faces top seed Meguid and Tayyab Aslam meets Fathi.

Islamabad set to host CAS International
The Pakistan Squash Federation in collaboration with Serena Hotels,
is all set to host the Chief of the Air Staff International Squash
Championship at Islamabad with a prize purse of US$ 25,000 from 29
September to 06 October, 2015, under the patronage of the Pakistan
Air Force.

Chief Executive Officer Serena Hotels Mr Aziz Boolani called on
Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman, President
Pakistan Squash Federation at the Air Headquarters Islamabad .
The President, PSF congratulated Mr Aziz Boolani on award of
Sitara-e-Imtiaz by Govt of Pakistan in recognition of his excellent
performance in Public Services.
Pre-qualifying took place on 29th Sep with four players
booking their places in the qualifying draw which began on 1st Oct.
