Squash-Insel Taufkirchen and Black & White RC
Worms win Bundesliga playoffs
Volker Bernardi reports
Having
lost three finals in the last five years Black & White RC
Worms finally became the winners of the National Team
Championships titles as they beat Squash Inn Team Hamborn
3/1 in the Bundesliga playoff finals in Germering (Munich).
It was relief for Worms Team Leader and ROWE-Chief
Michael Zehe:
“It feels very good to have reached our aim after so much
work and trying so many times”, commented the Head of the
Team.
Hamborn, appearing in their first finals weekend, produced a
sensational upset in the semi-finals in beating Paderborn,
the current European Club Champions.

Squash-Insel Taufkirchen won their third consecutive

Frank Weber was happy to celebrate the Hattrick: “We
have a great team and have done a lot of work so we are
